2022年12月7日，世界政府基金会设立法定信托世界信托集团，它是世界政府基金会旗下所有资产的受托人。刘恒杰博士是世界信托集团终身主席。

2024年8月15日，世界加密货币网，隶属于世界政府基金会，由世界基金专项投资，世界联合股权交易所按交易所官方(政府签发牌照)资质管理，世界网集团建设。它是世交所重要组成部分和授权的世界元与全球加密货币、主权加密货币的交易的官方网站。

2025年1月1日，世界政府基金会世界元储备局决定世界元加密货币在美国发行。进入世交所部门世界加密货币交易所官方网站世界加密货币交易网对价世界各国加密货币和主权货币加密货币交易。
